The joint exhibition of ten archives, in addition to most beautiful and the most important documents, offers a cross-section of preserved archival material which reveals peoples lives, their environment, time, willingness, plans, work and achievements.
On 25 billboards visitors can see reproductions of more than 140 documents, ranging from the 9th centurie until 1990. Each document is accompanied by title and a brief description of the content. The exhibition also shows a selection of original archival material from the holdings and collections of historical archives Ljubljana, unit for Dolenjska and Bela krajina and the Dolenjska Museum Novo mesto.
